Kudobuzz allows you to integrate your help desk with the Kudobuzz application.
This will enable you to refer reviews from your customers to help desk personnel who can make use of good customer feedback and respond to negative feedback.
If you are using the Q & A feature, questions from customers can also be sent to help desk personnel so they can be answered by them.
1. From your dashboard, click on Customer Loyalty
2. From the left side panel, select Help Desk Integration
-Enable Help Desk Integration by turning on the switch.
-Enter your help desk/support email address
-Select the criteria for escalating reviews to the help desk. (Star ratings of the selected rating and below would be forwarded to your help desk email. Check the box to activate this.
-Check the final box to send customers' questions to the help desk and save settings.
